Refund & Cancellation Policy

Voluntary contributions

Donations are voluntary contributions intended to support the Trust's charitable education work. Donations are generally not cancellable after payment confirmation, subject to applicable laws and the Trust's approved refund policy.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

If you believe a payment was duplicated or made in error, contact the Trust promptly with your transaction reference, date, amount, and payment details. The Trust will review the request, subject to applicable law and payment gateway rules.

Failed transactions

If a transaction is unsuccessful, the Trust will not treat it as a received donation. Banking reversals for unsuccessful transactions are handled by your bank and the payment provider, subject to their applicable timelines.
